Victorian Hat

So, yea. I made this hat. I was originally working on a painting thing, but then I got sidetracked lol XD So, the hat was found on Cortese's desk (it's not a real top hat...it's kinda like one of those plastic ones...) and she had no idea where it came from. So, me being the weirdo I am, I took it. I was planing to do something like this too it, but haven't got around to do so until now. Don't ask me where I got the fabric from; it was randomly found at the bottom of one of my drawers, just laying there like "Hi Missy please use me!"

I know the ladies' Victorian hats were longer; basically this is a spin off of the Victorian style.
